TLC‘s Constitution and Bylaws were established by our membership when TLC was founded in 1997. They provide the fundamental set of principles and rules by which TLC is governed. The Constitution and Bylaws may only be amended by the membership at an Annual General Meeting or other General Meeting called specifically to address the proposed amendments. The Bylaws were slightly amended at the AGM in 2000, and the version provided here is a consolidation which incorporates those amendments.

To complement our Constitution and Bylaws the Board of Directors, from time to time, establishes policies to govern TLC‘s activities and operations. The following policies are currently in effect:
