Retreat to this attractive welcoming cottage on a magnificent island north of Nanaimo just off the east coast of Vancouver Island. This is the only dwelling on the 25-acre island. Perfect for a peaceful and restorative break. Your holiday will contribute to the ongoing restoration of the island’s endangered Garry-Oak Arbutus ecosystem.

Cottage facilities include the following:

  • Master bedroom with queen bed, two additional bedrooms and a loft with twin beds.
  • Kitchen with a propane fridge, range, and dining and cooking ware.
  • A skylight & solar powered electric lighting.
  • Full size bathroom with a hot water shower and bath tub.
  • Rainwater collection system provides water for washing in kitchen and bathroom.

Low Season (October 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011)
$220 per night* or $1,000 per week

High Season (April 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011)
$275 per night* or $1,250 per week

Accommodates up to maximum 6 people.

Rate includes water taxi service from Schooner Cove Marina.
