Shannon Dairy is exceptionally gifted with four streams running through its 750 acres. About one third of the farm is forested and the remainder is managed grassland. Brothers, Terry and Dan Shannon, operate the farm according to Heritage Dairy standards – no herbicides, pesticides, GMO’s, or hormones are used, and the herd of 330 cows is primarily fed grass.

Stamp River borders the farm for 2 kilometers. Dan Shannon has built a fish hatchery on one of the creeks. There are many bears roaming this farm which have access to Stamp River’s abundant population of Steelhead. Stamp Falls Provincial Park also borders the farm.
