Produce Grown:

Field vegetables, apples, plums, pears, honey, pasture-raised chickens, apple juice, candles and other wax products.

When it’s available:
Vegetables throughout the season through Alderlea’s CSA program. Chickens throughout the summer and fall. Apples, pears, plums, and honey during the late summer and fall.

John and Katy Ehrlich produce certified organic mixed vegetables, while Nicole Haddad raises pasture-run chickens using organic methods and Matt Tooley operates the bee hives on site.
